摘要： On receipt of route information, map data in an area near the route is read. One intersection existing on the route is extracted from the read map data, and intersection-connected links connected to the intersection are extracted. The road widths from the center line to the right and left sides are specified for the intersection-connected links based on attribute data such as the actual road width of the intersection-connected links. New lines are drawn for all the intersection-connected links by translating the line representing the intersection-connected link as the center line rightward and leftward by the specified road widths, to determine right and left side lines of the intersection-connected link. Based on the thus-generated width-imparted intersection-connected links, an intersection shape is generated. This processing is repeated for all the intersections concerned.

摘要： In a navigation device assisting a driver of a vehicle to drive safely by presenting accurate information at the right time what is going on around his/her vehicle, an obstacle detection part detects any obstacle with the help of external information monitored by an external monitor part. By utilizing the vehicle's current position detected by an input part and a position detection part, and map data stored in a map data storage part, a route selection part searches for a route to a destination. Based on thus found route, current position, map data, and the external information from the obstacle detection part, a guiding part performs route guidance to the destination. A map data arranging part refers to the map data, information from the obstacle detection part and the input part, and object model display information from the object model display information storage part, and arranges any applicable object model onto a map data space. A display accordingly displays guidance information together with the resulting map image.

摘要： The present invention provides a grease composition for constant velocity joints containing a lubricating base oil, at least one thickener selected from urea-based thickeners, urethane-based thickeners and urea/urethane-based thickeners, an organomolybdenum, a zinc dithiophosphate, a polysulfide, and a triglyceride, wherein the content of the organomolybdenum is 1000-5000 ppm by mass in terms of molybdenum element based on the total amount of the grease composition. According to the grease composition, it is possible to exert sufficient characteristics even in the case of reducing the amount of the additive such as molybdenum disulfide.

摘要： In a steering wheel, when a driver rotates a rotating section 126 in either direction, a protruding section 1241 bends an elastic member 1218b, and a tip of the elastic member 1218b depresses a button of a switch 1217b. As a result, the switch 1217b outputs a signal. Also, the reaction force produced as soon as the button is depressed causes a force in the reverse direction to be exerted on a hand of the driver. Thus, the driver can sense that the button is depressed.
